last blog :(

a managers duty is endless, so they say
but there's only 24 hours in my day.
to plan, to organize, to lead and control
is it possible to ever feel at ease? to repose?
indeed i am a manager to be in the future
a man with capabilities
to oversee
any negative externalities
that can possibly hinder a business
but for now, this class has been fun and informative
but like all good things, we must come to an end

2 cents on COM

blogging is definitley something new to me, prior to this class. i encourage its use and hope the professor continues to exploit it. i think the professor executed his plans very effectively; providing a way for students to learn about and from each other, providing a way to encourage students to think about the class activities, introducing management topics via professors blog (which i found very interesting), and also providing a way for students to easily manage and control 20% of their grade that was not test related. though, some students seemed very passive and absent-minded in their responses, others found blogging as a learning tool; for example, the other day, a classmate asked if i was a junior majoring in accounting. her accuracy bewildered me and when i asked how she knew that, she referred to the blog. in my opinion, blogging is not that dificult, yet it has such a heavy meaning to it, and being that it accounts for 20 percent of our grade, permits a greater incentive why we all should participate! i plan on to continue to blog as i hope you all do to.
